Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Limited — non-refund of maturity value against child millionaire teakquity

This has reference to application no. C109858, certificate no. Q350, issued in the name of ajay kumar verma for eleven teak trees under the child millionaire teakquity scheme by the stmil.

I have joined the scheme on 01/07/1996 and the date of maturity of the scheme was 09/07/2016.

As per the terms and conditions of the scheme, i was supposed to receive my first interim return on 9th july 2002, 2nd interim return on 9 july 2008 and final return on 9 july 2016, but i am yet to receive any return from the stmil.

On non-receipt of the first interim return, i had written to stmil on official address intimating my new address and conveying the non-receipt, but the speed post bearing number ed[protected] in was returned on 04.02.2003 with the remark, “refused”. My subsequent correspondence has not received any response.

Now i have renewed my request through e-mail: [protected]@gmail.com

In view of the above, i request you kindly to look into the matter and ensure the return of all my dues with interest at the earliest. My present address is as follows:
