During the 1990s, a number of companies sprang up all over the country promoting teak tree schemes and promising fabulous return on the money invested by gullible depositors. Carried away by their advertisement I too had invested Rs.975 with Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Limited, Madras (now Chennai) with the high hope of leading a peaceful life after my retirement from service.

This has reference to application no. C109858, certificate no. Q350, issued in the name of ajay kumar verma for eleven teak trees under the child millionaire teakquity scheme by the stmil.

I have joined the scheme on 01/07/1996 and the date of maturity of the scheme was 09/07/2016.

As per the terms and conditions of the scheme, i was supposed to receive my first interim return on 9th july 2002, 2nd interim...

I had purchased 11 teak trees on my son's name under the cmt (Child millionaire teakquity) scheme. As per the scheme was suppossed to receive 1st return end of 6th year (2004), 2nd return end of 12th year (2010) but have not received any returns till date n the company too is not traceable. The date of maturity of the scheme is in 2017.

Hence please help me in getting all my returns....
