Hi bought a shoe in the month of july from steve madden promenade mall delhi. After two weeks the shoe opened up from both sides and the upper starting cracking. I went back to get it replaced only to be told that they don’t have the same shoe anymore. Neither did they give me a credit note. I was forced to buy heels in place of those shoes at an additional cost. Now after one one use the sole of these heels have also started coming off. Now i am not going to buy another crappy shoe from steve madden. I demand a full reimbursement of my money, else i will have to resort to other legal measures.

I bought a pair of Lyons tan leather men shoes from infinity mall malad over a year ago. The tan leather has started to peel off. Paid ~ INR.6500 for the pair and have barely used it. Cant use is anymore more cause they look terrible with the leather peeling off from everywhere.

Where and to whom can I complain to Steve Madden about the same.

I have bought a show from Phoenix Mall, Pune city India. Within 4 months time i have noticed that stitching is getting out, It was in fresh stock. After noticing i was in my business work so unable to visit the store immediately. Yesterday i visited the store and communicated the same with them, they said we can not give you replacement because you have used show more. If a person is buying thing of approx Rs 10000/- i think anyone who buy things like show it is for use only, not for keeping in the Rak. We bought things because of "Brand" "Quality" and if Steve Madden is having poor quality and service.My Friend also bought a show on my recommendation. If we does not get service we will never visit Steve Madden Store and I will go to the consumer Court.

I purchased this watch somewhere in october 2018 from flipkart, this was manufactured by nes jewelry inc as can be seen from the desrcription. It was less than 2 months or so, that it's strap colour started to fade from gold to black 😑 soon i realised that the band material is not metal, but copper. Also the dial color is fading from gold to white. I need to replace this, it has 1 year domestic warranty....

This is to bring to your notice regard to delivering a wrong size shoe to me followed by many request to exchange there is no response.

I had bought 2 shoes out of which one shoe was delivered to me with wrong size at steve madden (Phoenix market city, bangalore), gaurav is the executive from steve madden which i am in touch last 2 months. He is very unprofessional and not friendly at all to address my concerns.

We live in a competitive market and customer service should be priority.
I am totally disappointed with a bad customer service and ill mannered staff at pheonix mall bangalore.

Appreciate you to look into this and reimburse my money.

I am trying to exchange a steve madden shoe that i purchased from your store at ambience mall, gurugram, haryana on 27th jan 2019.

I was given a size 11 shoe, whereas my shoe size is 10. Upon discovering the error at home i brought the shoe back to the showroom

The salesman has been promising to get the shoe exchanged for the last 10 days all he does is make vague excuses.

I still havent got my shoe exchanged and would like to seek the management intervention on this from the company side.

I bought a pair of steve madden combat boots (Leather) from a steve madden store. After using them i realised that one of them is fake because they behave differently.
I am not a leather expert but this is very obvious because when i polish the boots one of them absorbs the polish while the other remains shiny.
For spending rs. 10, 000 i feel so ripped off. Is this what they came here to do from a different company? To rip off their customers.
I wish i could sue them.

I am disappoint that i got 2 pairs of steve madden on 24 nov 2018 at delhi airport and the sole material started peeling of after just one day o[censored]se of the model - delicious attached is the photo.

The other pair - posyy, got so loose after one day's use that there is no grip on the feet and slips out.

The flats are very expensive and this is not the quality expected from a reputed brand like serve madden.

I would appreciate if you could send a replacement or give me a full refund on my purchase. Shall wait for your response before i post my reviews online.

I had purchased a shoes on 17/09/18 and the stones came out in just a single use. When I complained in the store they outright rejected my grievance and told they can do nothing . I cannot use the shoes without the stones. It seems to recur every time I use .

Kindly tell me a way out as I had spent my hard earned money buying it. If possible I would like a replacement and would not like to pick the same piece as I’m sure that this will happen everytime I use .

Two months have passed still waiting for my order yet not received, if a reputed company does not respond to the customers then in future we have to think will placing orders. Kindly refund my money or arrange the product reach me at soon as possible. When the order takes that long time then you have inform the customers that it's going to take time.

I visited your store in ambience mall vasant kunj, one of your sales boy ordered gonzo grey block heels (6) vide order id fy[protected] as same was not available in the store but the same was available online and could be ordered by them only. So he ordered one for us on 50% discount as that was last pair left. Order got completed and it is been told that we will receive the same in
To three days. But to my surprise that after fifteen days i came to know that my order is been cancelled for no mistake of mine and no one in your store bother to inform us for the same.

All i want is the same pair of shoes no 50% discount as promised and ordered by your staff.

I had purchased a footwear of steve madden on 15.02.2018 from shopper's stop, fun republic mall, lucknow, india. On wearing it for the first time for work, the sole of both the moccasins has just came out in wearing of not even 2 hours. I would really want you to take this matter as a serious concern because this is not acceptable from such a brand.
In case of any further issue or query.
I have the bill and the moccasins in the same condition kept with me.

Please do not order anything at the steve madden india online site. Their live chat is disabled, the contact number is invalid and mails to their support id go unanswered. They have effectively swindled me out of the money i paid for a show i order from the website a week ago. There has been no change in the status of the order and as mentioned above there is no way of contacting steve madden india for updates. The site also does not provide the option of cancelling your order and collecting a refund. This is completely unethical behavior and not something one can expect from an international brand with worldwide presence. Mails to steve madden international have also gone unanswered.

I brought a shoe in march from phoenix market city, bangalore. The customer service provided by the employee was pathetic as he convinced me to buy shoe by giving false promise like "material will get extended after 2 3 use".
I have spent rs6500 on the product and every time i wear it gives me shoe byte. What is the use of buying so costly and branded shoe like steve madden when it can't give me the comfort. I am very disappointed with the brand as no one would expect such bad material from steve. I would need a solution for this asap.

I had purchased a pair of flats from amazon and after some months the flats have started to tear from the ends, i have hardky worn them for 3or 4 times. I had complained about it to amazon but they told me to contact the manufacturer. I have been calling your customer care but nobody cares to respond. With such prices atleast the quality shouldn’t be compromised. Please let me know if my shoes are covered under your warranty. I had purchased them in april.

I had purchased a pair of Boots on 4-Jan-15 from Steve Madden store in DLF Promenade Vasant Kunj. When I had purchased those boots I was not informed about any precautions to be taken for it care. However in these winters I found that soal of these boots have started to crack down whereas at the time of purchase I was informed that it is a wooden soal and it won't break down ever. When I contacted another store of your at Pacific Mall Subhash Nagar they told me that this "boot is not to store but to wear daily. As you have not wore it daily it has broke down." If someone is purchasing boots from your brand than that person is not going to wear the same boot all the season. However after this stupid reasoning I asked them if it can be fixed some how as those boots costed me Rs4999.00 after 50% discount. And then I was told at Subhash Nagar store to leave boots and they will get it fixed and I need to pay Rs150.00 as the charges. Today on 18-Mar-17 when I reached the same store to collect fixed shoes I found that their state is even more miserable now. And when I asked why the condition is more miserable the response was really rude and they told me that these were like this only and this is the maximum that we can do.
There is no point in having those boots again so I had left those shoes there at the store only. And from this experience the only thing that I got to know is that Steve Madden products are not worth for purchase any more.

Hi .. I bought a pair of shoes from Jabong, Steve maiden esperdillas..I want to bring it to ur notice that the product is not ok at all...the sole of the product is too hard every time I wear it its causing me pain in my entire legs.. I informed this thing to jabong to either give me replacement or refund but they are not complying..what shall I do..it's a request at least give a replacement if not refund

I recently bought these boots (about 15 days back) from Mall of India, Noida and i wore them on my vacation to london for about 9 days.

The boots(Brown coloured Dessyy) were from the fresh stock and worth INR 7499.
they have started peeling off. the brown thing which is supposed to be leather is come out from each pair.

the quality as expect was really poor and disappointing.
i still have the bill and the box.
would appreciate if it can be exchanged to anything can be done.

I have bought shoe for 12k .I have problem with its inner lining in the shoe whichis too hard that the back side of my foot was wounded badly.
I show it to the manager, he fixed the jelly tape in the harder part and he told me to charge for the same.
What the hell man... you are..
My foot got wounded and you are asking for extra charges for that tape when I have already spent such an amount on the shoe.
