Steve Madden India — Item Delivery Pending from 50 days

I have purchased two items from Steve Madden India website on 10.11.2025. (Order No FY691218A013AC1BE150). I received SM-1593 GREY/NAVY POOL SLIDERS, but delivery of Sarrian Brown Sandals & Flip Flops is still pending. Mail communication with support done many times but no response from them. Kindly resolve this, either deliver the item or refund the amount.
