I need to tell you that i purchased my bag on 9th june 2016 from your noida sector -18 outlest from dlf mall of india. My invoce no is 954 and my cin no is u51900mh2007plc174470, cst no is #[protected]c (Same as cst no). As i can see some marks on my bag which was not visible while purchasing or can say that it was not that noticeable at purchasing time. Now as i bought my bag home, i can see many marks and sctratches on my bag....

I bought a pair of shoes on 18th October, 2015 from their store in the Phoenix Market City Mall, Shop No.UG15, Whitefield, Bangalore, Karnataka-560048.

I was impressed with the Fashion and Style of the model 'CRAVES - Black'. At the same time the sales girl was also very professional.

I understand these are fancy items and are not meant for rough use, I bought it with an intent to use it for special occasions...

This is in regards to my purchase of a Steve Madden Hand bag which I purchased on sales in the month of Feb 2015.

When I purchased the bag-
• First of all it was billed in the name of different person
• Second it was chipped off at the time of purchase. I got it returned and took another piece of the same bag (which was again chipped and I noticed it later) with which sales representative gave instruction...

The worst brand I have come cross The mumbai palladium store ain't able to return back a customer money for a month now. Have been going chasing them since 1st week of November First the brand trys tooo cheat the customer and then takes a month to return the money Hoping the customer gets fedup and stop the follow up Will be visiting the palladium store soon if I dnt get my money by tom Enough o[censored] guys taking the customer for granted...

i bought one steve madden shoes a year back...i wore it about 4-5 times...then i kept it back for using it the next season...i kept it dry and neat and all covered in its shoe box...when i oened it this year..it was all torn...and the so called leather( which is definitely not leather) was coming out...i also sent them mail but no reply... finally im putting a complaint here...worst product in shoes...my 5500 rs totally wasted.. even...

I bought shoes worth nearly Rs 3000 from Steve Madden India. They disintegrated in days. The stitching came apart. I went back to the store and all I got was a "Sorry we can't help". All over the world companies exchange products that are faulty. Is this racism of another kind?...
