On 25th april 2019 stock holding corporation, mulund branch submitted form to power finance corporation along with the cheque to create a bond for us. We have been following up with the executives ever since then to provide us a receipt or a confirmation on the form submitted to / accepted by power finance corporation. They initially delayed to help us with the confirmation by saying as this a government scheme and process, it takes time, around 2 weeks. Now it has been over 2 week, when i called the executives, i am informed that one of them have moved to the dombivali office and another one on leave. I also sent an email to these executive, which they failed to respond.
The cheque given to stock holdings corporation contains a very large amount. It has been encashed by power finance corporation as well, as the amount has been deducted from my bank account.
However stock holding is failing to help me with a receipt of the money encashed.
I am sure when power finance corporation (A government project) encashes someone's cheque they keep a proof of where that money came from. I understand if the whole process of creating the bond and handing it over takes time, but atleast a receipt of money received should be provided to us.
Since stock holding corporation of india is the intermediate agent in creating these bonds and forwarding the money to power finance corporation and connecting us to them, it is there responsibility to follow up on a regular basis and assist us with a receipt of the money given.
I need a receipt for the form filled and cheque provided (Which is submitted as they claim) to stock holding corporation of india from power finance corporation. I need the receipt as a proof of my investment. Was this information helpful? |
