[Resolved]  Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited — Wrong commitment and rude behaviour of employee Mr. Niraj Sanganeria

Dear Sir,

I undersigned hold dmat account since long wide no. 24155031. I have not using this account since long time as my job transferred so I changed my address from Rajkot to Ahmedabad for the said account. After dated 01/07/2008 i have not received single letter/mail/phone call and type of communication from your side that I have to pay my due against my said account.
I wish to close this account so I visited your Ahmedabad office on dated 23/07/2010 and meet Mr. Maulik (Front Desk Assistant), he instructed to meet Mr. Niraj Sanganeria. I met Mr. Niraj and said reason that because of non-use I wish to close my aforesaid account so tell me the final amount which I have to pay. As per him I have to pay Rs. 590/- as final amount for close my accounts so i paid the same vide receipt no. SGCDPBILL[protected] on same day i.e. 23/07/2010 at that time I have no identity proof which he wants for issue the delivery instruction book.
Now today I went for the said purpose and submitted all relevant documents with id proof at that time the front desk assistant advice to meet Mr. Niraj as per him now I have to pay now Rs. 1323/- for close this account. I don’t understand how this amount came surprisingly when before one week he said Rs. 590/- and now Rs. 1323/-. I am shocking the statement given by him and ask for justification but he has only give statement which shown only due amount and against which narration. He also stated that there is interest and penalty against the outstanding amount which you have to pay. But at the time of first visit he the which I have to pay was Rs. 590/- as per him. Again I hereby stated that I have not received any single communication from SHCIL for my outstanding amount. Also Mr. Niraj stated that we have issued legal notice to you to recover the dues. The word legal hurts me a lot and behavior what he shown which is not tolerable at all. When I demand the proof of legal notice and acknowledgement for received copy he has failed to provide. As per my knowledge and there is no any penalty or interest on due AMC. As other company not levy any single rupee on due amount. He himself saying that I am final authority here and if so which he behave any customer not tolerate his behavior and if so SHCIL has to change this final authority to save their customers.
I hereby request you to solve the said matter and action against Branch Manager else I will suit in consumer legal forum and “complaints board”.

Dear Sir,

i have not received any reply from your side which i wrote letter on dated 29th July 2010 regarding harassment, wrong commitment and issuance of legal notice against me when I went for close my dmat account at SHCIL account no. 24155031 favoring Mr. Bhavesh M. Vora.

I clearly mentioned that not a single correspondence i have received since last two years while surprisingly i have received message that
"Dear customer, bill of client id 24155031/IN301309 has been dispatched to you. Please make payment before 22-AUG-10."
I do not understand what SHCIL official going to prove? They are aware very much that we have not forwarded any single communication since last two years to customer and now they are going to prove me wrong to send a sms on mobile and dispatched bill. Why are they sleeping since last two years? Moreover Mr. Niraj stated that we have send you legal notice for recovery at the time of personal visit then why they are sending now SMS and letter?

Till time I have not received any correspondence and intimation action taken against your peoples behavior. Its mean that you are force me to do legal action and file in national consumer forum.

Mr. P. Kalidoss: Request you sir to take necessary action against my complaints.

I am attaching here with all correspondence for your kind reference.

Just to update in the matter that today i.e. 11/08/2010 at 3:52 pm I have received call from SHCIL[protected], Ahmedabad to meet Mr. Atualya (Regional Manager)personally to disucuss the issue.
I will meet him personally tomorrow if I catch the time from my schedule.

As per my communication I met Mr. Atulya (Regional Manager) on dated 12/08/2010. But sorry to say that I have experienced the same as he has no answer of my all questions and he try to convenience me to pay the amount though he very much aware of the issue for closing the account and there is no any action taken on Mr. Niraj who behaved rude.

He failed to provide me the details for which year my outstanding pending as well and if there is anything pending why SHCIL not forward me any type of communication. Also as per him legal notice issued by their HO-Mumbai so he tried to convenience that HO has separate identity than Ahmedabad Branch.

Again I repeat that 1) why SHCIL not communicated me regarding my outstanding by any mean of communication? 2) I want proof of communication forward to me. 3) As per Mr. Niraj SHCIL issued legal notice against me to recover dues so need copy of legal notice and POD status of that notice.

It is almost 20 days I have not received any reply from your side it means that you have no value of your customer. I clearly mentioned in my first communication and I will write to all fronts regarding you way of operation and if not received any satisfactory answer that means you force me to do the same.

Please change my mail id as [protected]@rediffmail.com as well contact no is +91 [protected] in your records and any further correspondence.

As per my earlier communicated dated 18/08/2010 I have not received any single answer of my query till date. Though I am received message today that bill has been dispatched today for my said account and make payment before 22nd Sept.

I urge you to give satisfactory answer of my all question which I wrote earlier with documentary proof.

Dear Sir,

This is reference to all attached subsequent correspondence started from 23/07/2010 to till date I have not received any revert from your side. It means that you people are not bother about customer’s genuine complaints.

Again I repeat that (1) why SHCIL not communicated me regarding my outstanding by any mean of communication? (2) I want proof of communication forward to me. (3) As per Mr. Niraj SHCIL issued legal notice against me to recover dues so need copy of legal notice and POD status of that notice.

And now surprisingly I have receiving messages regarding the outstanding of my account though I paid as per communicated and confirmed to me by your officer.

I once again request you to look into the matter else will suit in consumer protection cell.

I have received your mail on dated 22/09/2010 regarding my subsequent correspondence for query and requirements from SHCIL.

I think you have not gone through comprehensively my all correspondence and note which I had conversation with your officers and then demand from SHCIL, it is only prototype answers from your side which is not expected at all from senior like you.

Requested you to see the all correspondence and have answer of my all question mentioned in earlier correspondence.

I think your branch people hiding the truth to your Head Office and senior people of SHCIL. My brother Mr. Dipak visited for solution while he received the call from your Branch Manager to know the fact that what happened while he visited first time to close the said account and subsequent talked with Mr. Niraj.

Request you to go through the whole communication thoroughly and answer my basic questions which I repeatedly ask for the answer.

I don’t understand why should I talk to customer care?? I just wanted the answer of all questions which SHCIL-Ahmedabad’s Officer and Manger failed to justify. If you have not any proof and subsequent correspondences then please write us that you have no any evident to prove yourself.

Hello,

I don’t understand what kind of letter you suggest to write me? Do you mean that it is not a form of letter? Which answers you reverted me since last two times is very unprofessional way. I request senior of SHCIL to give answers of my entire questions.

I think your senior personnel have no time to listen the query of a customer and even not bother to ask the fact to employees that what happened with this customer who has not satisfied with the service, unprofessional way of approach and behavior of SHCIL employee.

Mr. Rajdan/Viswanathan/Sanjeev: Kind requests you to a take time from your busy schedule to answer queries o[censored]nsatisfied customers.

Stock Holding Corporation Of India Limited — non delivery of consignment number EW297979787IN

Dear Sir,

One consignment pertaining to "Stock Holding Corp. Of India Limited" numbered EW[protected]IN was delivered from our office to Sealdah RMS (Kolkata) on 31st July 2009.But till today the same has not reached the destination (Mumbai) .
Please look into the matter on urgent basis and reply back as the consigment is a very high value document and is o[censored]tmost urgent for the organisation.

I was astonished to read this. I regret to note the experience you had.My experience as client to Stock Holding Corporation of India with their Ahmedabad Branch Manager, Mr Niraj Sanganeria has been very good.
I had visited the branch once with my account issue and it was addressed by Mr. Sanganeria. I got an immediate resolution to the issue. Not only that, he also provided an expert advise that helped me gain a good sum after some modification to my existing portfolio. I sincerely thank Mr Niraj Sanganeria whose excellent guidance helped me benefit in my business. I wish him all the best.
