On 25th april 2019 stock holding corporation, mulund branch submitted form to power finance corporation along with the cheque to create a bond for us. We have been following up with the executives ever since then to provide us a receipt or a confirmation on the form submitted to / accepted by power finance corporation. While purchasing the house, we have to deposit stamp @6% of the registry value and registration fee @ 1% of the registry value. SHCIL is authorized to issue stamp papers and registration certificate. There are two separate accounts where we have to make the above two deposits. For stamp duty they have a corporation bank account and for registration fee they have a HDFC Bank account.
