Storeadda.com — took money and did not deliver item

We placed an order from Storeadda.com on 2nd November 2018 on their website for 2 sets of lehenga from Dubai UAE. Till date we have not received the items & after the 1st email of order confirmation & courier details there is no contact from them & no response as well. It is a fraud. When our family friend visited their address as mentioned on their website it was locked & the number does not work as well.
Kindly resolve this matter.

Updated by Dr Rasmib Absolutely lie. The tracking number was never working. How come a response after 2. 5years! Neither was the item ever received nor was the refund. Our friends had come and checked your store in Mumbai and there was nothing there. A very terrible method to cheat people out of their money. No response for so long. We have no use of sitting miles away and simply putting in a complaint. The item was never received the order was placed on 02/11/2018, DTDC courier number M54688542 never worked. We followed up for so long, without any response from your side till now! Regardless we never received the item.
