Hello,
I had a Pigeon brand(Stove Kraft) Induction Cooktop which went dead within two days o[censored]sing it.
Since then I am following up with them.. The call center does not register the complaint and say they can only take enquiries. The local service center says they are closed and provided me the technician number.
Called the technician and he says they dont have service center and he will visit onsite.. Since last one month everyday he is giving false promises that he will visit my house and not have till now.
I have a sereis of emails with the customer care and they rarely respond with some positive approach.. Lastly I got a number of Mumbai office who again assured that my equipment will be repaired today and again the same old story. The technician never visited.
This has become pathetic now and I am fed up with daily emails and calls to them. No response for the emails or also to my calls. Was this information helpful? |
