I raised a request to replace the shoes i received for a bigger size and its been more than 12 days or so and nobody has picked up the parcel yet. When i mailed them regarding this, they are asking me to courier it on my own and that they would give me a refund of rs 200/-.
When i raised further concerns regarding this they have stopped replying to my mails. Worst of all they don't even have a customer care number. So how can you trust a vendor like this. Already my money is at stake and they expect me to spend more on returning the product.

I would expect them to at least pickup the order and give me the replace now. I wish serious actions could be taken against vendors like this and they should not even be allowed to run a website when there isn't appropriate details.

I had ordered Sparkle embellished white flip flops - Shoe Size : 36 order no=693621 on 16/5/2016 and I want to return it because the quality's not good and in the picture it was looking very nice but after receiving this product I am quite disappointed and I sent mail to customer care of but o got any response they will raise a ticket and aftershave no response .I would expect them to at least pickup the order and give me the replace now. I wish serious actions could be taken against vendors like this and they should not even be allowed to run a website when there isn't appropriate details.

I had ordered product on may month 2015 and I paid money online but till now not received the product and money of the ordered product and I companied several times and I only received the ticket no Your Ticket #49416 - order still pending - has been closed but I have not received anything till now .

my order no is #115345 .still is showing preparation in progress please let me know when i am going to received this order .

its already two month over till now i have not received my order please let me know do i will get the order or not .

not getting reply and any solution from your side .kindly resolve the issue asap.
