Street Style Store — complaint against street style store non-delivery and refund delay

I placed an order with Street Style Store, Order ID 10438150, which has been significantly delayed. Despite repeated attempts to contact customer care through their helpline and email, I have not received any response.

This amounts to deficiency of service and unfair trade practice. I request urgent action for:
1. Immediate cancellation of the above order.
2. Refund of the full amount paid to the original payment method.
