This is is to bring to your knowledge that i have ordered a product from your online store on 27/07/2023 and my order number was # 7943153 and exchange mumber is 7916310 however i had some issues with the size so, we opted for an exchange and the Replacement Order can't be seen and now its been a month i have not receive any updates from your end nor we can reach to your customer service team after the exchange product has been picked by the courier and the payment has been accepted. Requesting you to look into matter.

      I placed a prepaid order yesterday, order ID- 7978454 but unable to now cancel the order. There is no option on their website or app to cancel the order. I have tried several times to call on their registered no provided n the website but it is not getting through. Please help. The order has not been dispatched yet and they have mentioned that the order can be cancelled but I am not getting any option how.

        I paid 799 online, the streetstylestore website showed that the transaction was successful, later on they sent the message that the parcel has been delivered but I didn't receive any now they refuse to pick my call or provide a grievance redressal method I have tried multiple times, my money has been deducted I am very poor

          My order got returned without my knowledge and now there is no update and no way to get the help of a customer support. I need this to be resolved ASAP and get the refund or credit note.

            I ordered 1pair of shirts and a pair of heels each for 999- total 1998 on 19th July 2023.
            Everyday I receive message about me being not available for order and asks me to reattempt the delivery. It’s been more than 21 days and I do not even have an option to cancel the order. I paid for the product online and it’s a huge amount. I want to cancel the order and get a refund. Please do the needful

              Yeah so i ordered a dress from sss and i got it within 5 days but the fitting was kinda bad so I opted for return and then ordered again its been 2 days they haven’t dispatched my order also whn i checked the site, it has been mentioned tht they will dispatch it on 24tg of august. Todays date is 11th of august like guys are u ### serial ye Konsa system h yrr
              They dont even pickup the call every time its busy like seriously?? Are u kiddin me

                    I'm unable to see/view Cancel option in "My order" section. Please cancel my order for me. I wanted to order only 6 items and in my cart there were 11 items. I want cancel and reorder again but that's not possible as not able to see the option.

                      Hi,
                      I bought couple of footwear from your site however the size of the shoes was big for me ( did not match the standard shoes size) & one pair was defective . The items have been picked up from me however, I do not see a coupon for the same nor have the shoes been exchanged & sent back . Have called your customer care number a zillion times but can never connect.

                        I recently returned one of my purchase because of the bad size fit and courier boy received it from my end on the very next day, one the same day I received voucher on the site of 599 rupees, I thought o[censored]sing it for the new purchase but have'nt been able to do so, I have tried like 100 times to place order but I can't.

                                    I initiated a return request for my product 2 days before the last date of return and exchange. however, there wasn't any confirmation given about the return therefore a tried to request again. then it displayed that the exchange has already been started and if any messages aren't received, it will be received soon. then the last date is over and now it shows that the return window is closed. I tried to mail them 3 times but the mail isn't delivered showing that the mail is not found. I tried reaching them through their customer care number multiple times but they never attended the call. they are giving the worst service.
