Hello i ordered a pair of shoes and well, for the order confirmation i need to give a missed call in the particular number and when i did it so, i got a message that includes "Thank you for your call we cannot locate any unconfirmed orders so what does that exactly mean?

and while i check in my account about the product it displays that preparation is in progress. So please help me about this issue.
