[Resolved] Street Style Store — Credit points against order cancelled not given | |||||
I had placed an order for 2 pair of shoes via their order no. 517621 on 19/2/16 which they failed to deliver in 21 days. After waiting for 2 months i informed them to cancel my order so that I can buy some other shoe as they are not able to delivery the ordered shoe, to this they have cancelled the order and the status says refund complete/credit note given but no credit points are given in my account to utilize the money paid. Since last 15 days I am trying to reach them but the line is always busy and no response on the email too. Was this information helpful? | |||||
