I ordered a dress and i requested for exchange because I had size issues. They took the parcel and credited the money in my account.
Now I am not able to use the credit slip for ordering shoes.They are not providing any option to use my credit slip .They have my money I should be able to buy anything I want. Please provide some solution for refund my money.

The order reference ID which you have provided is not correct so kindly provide us the correct order reference ID or else you can provide us the registered e-mail ID or the particular order ID.
As far as credit note matter is concerned, you can use the particular code of the credit voucher while placing the order and your voucher would be under the tab of " MY VOUCHER ".
