[Resolved] Street Style Store — defective and wrong product. lied about replacement pickup | |||||
A month ago i bought two shoes from street style store online store and the shoes that i got one we're defective and other one was not as their website description. As soon as i received the package i told them about the issue that evening itself through their facebook page as well as their webpage. I even got a ticket no. For the complaint. They kept promising that their courier partner will pick up the product for the replacement but nothing happened. Even last time they cheated me the same way by sending me a shoe which was completely different from their website description. Only today they told me they don't have a pick up facility in my location because i told them that i was making a formal complaint and to courier the shoes myself. This is simply outrageous if that was the case then they should have just told me the same thing the first time instead of waiting my time. The contact number that they give out doesn't even work.
