[Resolved] Street Style Store — defective product received | |||
Hi, I have raised a ticket on sss website, for which i haven't received a reply yet, my last order i have received everything but the skirt which i have got the zip is not working in it, i cant move it at all, so i need a replacement, but on the website this product is not displaying on my order list, i need a resolution for this. Verified Support Jun 06, 2018 Street Style Store Customer Care's response Hi, We really apologies for the inconvenience !! We tried calling you multiple times but your no was not picked up. We have already arranged a reverse pickup for the defective product. Please make sure while returning the products to the courier guy, you need to return the whole set of "Skirt along with the black top". Once we receive the products, you can send us a confirmation in the following email id "sss.[protected]@gmail.com" of the product is been picked up. We will accordingly generate your replacement order. Thank You SSS | |||
