[Resolved] Street Style Store — Delay in Product delivery & also Wrong status updated in My Orders details | |||||
Hi, I had ordered shoes & sandal (i.e Sweet with twist-Shoe Size 39 & Printed ankle flat-Shpe size-39) from Street Style Store on 14th sep 2016 & get recieved same on 22nd sep 2016, but I am not satisfied with size/fit so I drop a exchange request with new fit/size i.e 38 shoe size via mail on 22nd sep 2016. Now pick up is done for exchange on 27th sep, as per Customer exceutive I drop a acknowedgement mail of an exchange to the Customer mail of the company i.e [protected]@streetstylestore.com. But I didnt get exchange product of new size/fit yet. I drop a reminder mail about this two times to the company helpdesk. There is no response from their side & also didn't get new product. Also in My account in order history track it shows wrong status "Exchange product recieved". Kindly Resolve my Complaint asap, either they should sent my product or they should refund my amount i.e 999rs This is very pathetic for me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
