I've ordered 2 shoes 3 months back and due to size problem i need to exchange it and from few months i'm mailing sss help desk to help me out whether to give me my placed order or refund. But there is no positive response. They are always promising me to give me priority delivery but till date i didn't get my order. Sss service is getting bad day by day and with bad service they will soon losing their customer base. Its not about the orders or money. Its about the trust and responsibility towards customer been troubled a lot due to such worst service.
