I have order a pair of boots on 21st October. They arrived after almost a month. Due to wrong size I had to request for replacement.. A guy took my product after 5-6 days. I haven't received any response yet. What is the use of the order If we can not use it at the right time. This is very annoying, the contact number provided on your website never took any call. Moreover I didn't expect the poor quality of the product as I can not change it (as you guys do not replace with different product) so I had to order same product with correct size. If you will take more than one week please cancel my order and refund my money I can not wait that long for one product. Verified Support Nov 29, 2016 Street Style Store Customer Care's response Hi Saumya, As per the telephonic conversation, we had place the new order 1108582 of product " Rivet Combat Punk Goth Boots - Shoe Size : 37 " and the amount of previous order has been adjusted in this order and we had also waived off the COD charge, so at the time of delivery, you will only need to pay Rs 300/-. As far as the delivery is concerned, it will be dispatch within the 3-5 days.
