I have placed an order one week ago for Rs. 2400. There has been no order tracking update except 'Payment Accepted' in the last 7 days. I have reached out to customer care via website, email and facebook page and have received zero response or support in this regard. Tried contacting the two phone numbers but one is permanently switched off and nobody answers the other number.

I only received automated response on a ticket a raised saying we are looking into this on priority. However, no action has been taken or any details provided yet despite repeated reminders and requests.

My order number is #2073914. Please get this resolved asap

Updated by NihaC I am still getting standardized replies from the company that my order will be dispatched 'on priority' but no real action taken. Seeing the number of complaints and reviews about SSS on this forum and other consumer forums, I can tell what a scam they are running. Even their facebook page is full of complaints and automated replies or excuses. Please get someone from your team to call me and refund my money into my bank account as I don't want to deal any further with this business.

I have still not received my order refrence #2056203 the payment was succesful on 28th January.
I have not received any confirmation from your end.
Also you people dont have any contact number on the website this is very shameful.

i have placed an order on effective date 20 jan 2018 which is not reflecting on My Order and transaction made by mobikwik. i have recived transaction status from vendor (MOBIKWIK) INR 1195. Now m unable to tracking my order or refund my money.
