Hello, Firstly, you have a pathetic service where customers are don't have an option to connect with you. You have so-called query section where you reply and close the query and we can't even reply to that because you close it yourself. I have purchased 4 products which was delivered late and that is what you are known for but i want to exchange 2 products for which I have initiated the process on 15th October and I was told it will be taken in 3-5 working days and that has not taken place yet. Secondly, i want refund for 2 products as one product has defect and other has a very bad quality. After trying to contact you many times i had to put it over here. Hoping for a revert ASAP. We would like to inform you that as per our telephonic conversation, we arrange the pickup of the product (Set- Carefree days black top with trouser And Set Strappy Top With Belt Trouser ) of order #3046982. The pick-up will take "2-3" working days once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the replacement order will be made as per your selection you made while you initiated the exchange. And for product - ( Curved Hem Longline Tunic ) and ( Elegant Green Dress from order #3053216 ) we will issue you the credit voucher. Please mark this case as "Resolved" if you find that the query is resolved from our end. And other 2 two products Curved Hem Longline Tunic ) and ( Elegant Green Dress from order #3053216 ) pick up were canceled by your side only and then again received a request for pickup which was done almost a week ago.
