I placed an order on 8/12/2014 for a pair of shoes which i paid online.
I received it on 19/12/2014.
The shoes for too big for me so i mailed them to initiate an exchange.
After sending repeated mails, they responded on 23/12/2014 saying they would initiate it and asked me to mail them the details.
However, till now nothing has been done yet.
They just send auto-genereated mails saying they would respond in 2 - 3 days.
