Sir,
I ordered three pairs of shoes from the streetstylestore shop via online shopping on dated October 8 2016 and received the order on date 12 October 2016.The shoes are worth rs1049 /- .I paid the amount by cash on delivery payment.The shoes that I received are a size bigger than my requirement.So, I want to get them exchanged for a smaller size.I made several mails to the company about my need to exchange the shoes but I am getting no personal response from company site.Also I am trying to call on the number provided by the company but it is not recheable and I am not able to contact the company by any other means.
Please help me to get my shoes exchanged for a size smaller than received the one I received.

You have initiated the exchange pick-up for the order 1000339 today and it takes 3-5 days for the pick-up. Once the pick-up is done & products are received in the warehouse, the replacement order will be dispatched.
