[Resolved] Street Style Store — exchange of my order white shoes size problem | |||
It has been over a month since i've been trying to initiate the exchange. You people didn't even bother to respond untill last week.. And now i got a pop up saying i can't exchange it.. It's your mistake that you didn't answer to my request for exchange which was made after two days of delivery and it was made multiple times. I have sent numerous emails since last month to initiate a exchange.. After attempted to communicate with y'all over so many ways.. Finally i got a email the process has been put underway and the courier boy will pick it up in 3-4 days.. But it's been 9 days and still no one has come.. I've been waiting for more than a months..
