[Resolved] Street Style Store — exchange product still not received even after a month

I have ordered a pair of shooes on november 20, i received them on 30th november which were not my size, so i put a exchange request for one size shorter. Its been more than 3 weeks now and still they haven't contacted.. Worst site to shop.. Dont trust street style store at all. They dont have any helpline no nothing. How do i get my money back, no idea. Ref no is: 1910956

Updated by sanika9521 common even the biggest shopping sites doesnt take more than 8 days to delever any product..its been a month since i've placed the order. Deliver it within a week now or return back my money.
