Sir/madam
I have ordered some products from street style store (delhi) online on 5th october 2016 (order reference number: #994926). it has been more than one month and the order is not delivered yet. I mailed them asking about the details of my order but no reply is entertained by them. I have also contacted them through the contact number given in their site but the contact number provided is continuously showing switched off.there is no return policy given neither the cancellation of the order is done.
i would be very thankful to you if you help me in getting my order either delivered or cancelled with the total amount refund as soon as possible.

I have went through order history and came to know that Your order 994926 has been placed on 5/10/2016 through online payment mode, but due tot the high rise in the demand of the current product, we are having some production back-load which is why the delay is happening, however since you have waited for almost a month for the shipment, we have marked it as very urgent and also sent an reminder to the warehouse team for the earliest dispatch of your order.
