[Resolved] Street Style Store — Footwear

I had ordered a footware and received the order which was of pathetic quality and of wrong size. Someone picked up the product within a day of writing to the helpdesk for an exchange.

Post that the vendor or the helpdesk seems to be absconding. No response to my several emails. The voucher ID received from them is absolutely invalid so is their phone number.

Inspite of writing to the helpdesk, there is no response or action from their end, its 25 days now. When they can pick up the product within 24 hours, why cant the customer emails / queries be responded at that timeline ??

Absolute unprofessional & cheating, the worst online experience ever.
