[Resolved] Street Style Store — fraud by street style store | |||||
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by street style store. I placed my order on 16th october 2017 and it's been almost two months, i haven't received my second order. The payment has already been made for both the pair of shoes but one of them is still missing. I had placed a complaint on sss website too but they never responded. I would consider this as a fraud and would definitely not recommend anyone to buy any product from this site. My order reference is #1787382. Neither the refund nor the shoe has been delivered. I don't think this has something to do with sss late delivery of products. I knew that it would take approximately 1 month for the order to be delivered at my address. I got a mail within 15 days after placing the order that delivery of one of the pair of shoes has been cancelled without any reason being mentioned. It's been two months approximately- I haven't received a single update about the order or the refund. This clearly shows negligence towards the customers and their grievances after taking the payments. The issue should be fixed within 10 days or else I won't hesitate to take this to consumer court. It's not about the money it's about how customers are being cheated these days through these online websites.
