Dear sir
i have requested a exchange request 1st time and your worker didn't understood my point and canceled my request himself...
then i contacted you by the email and arranged the request again.. and the invoice which i got is showing an amount payable of rupees 200...
why should i pay when there is not my fault.. i am sorry but your service is 3rd class... i am not going to pay any additional amount because its not my fault its pickup workers fault that he canceled my request himself.. . i have returned my parcel only once.. and i want my product safe and secure positively... i also want to talk to your executive.. you haven't provided any phone details on the website.. what the bad service... if you wont solve my problem you will simply loose you customer and loose your goodwill too.. i have mailed you many times but you didn't solve my problem.. email is working nothing good for me .. improve your email assessment and i want to you povide me your contact number righg a way i want to talk to you as i have not been accessed and you are not solving any of my problem inspite i have mailed many many times.. its very disappointing.. i will not pay for something which is not my mistake.. i want your contact number.. m i clear..
otherwise i m going to report this..

Updated by alzeenia I bought shoes from streetstylestore.com and my parcel was delivered and i paid full amount.. then size dosent fit me so i requested a exchange request.
on their website ie "streetstylestore.com" they have clearly maintioned it that 1st exchange will be free of cost and after that if customer place exchange request again then it will be chargable 200 rupees. so i have requested an exchnage request fir the first time and i dong know what happend i just confirmed the pickup person that whether i have to pack the product in the original packed..the pickup person no even came at my address and cancled my exchange request by himself without my permission.. then i contacted streetstylestore.com on email.. they arranged the pickup again and sent me an invoice of rupee 200 to be paid.. they considered this as my 2nd exchange.. what is my fault in this.. why should i pay when i have sent my item only and only once to them for the exchange.. the poilcy that the have mentioned on their site is that 1st exchnage will be free of cost.. and this is my 1st exchange then why should i pay 200 rupees...
