i have requested a exchange request 1st time and your worker didn't understood my point and canceled my request himself...
then i contacted you by the email and arranged the request again.. and the invoice which i got is showing an amount payable of rupees 200...
why should i pay when there is not my fault.. i am sorry but your service is 3rd class... i am not going to pay any additional amount because its not my fault its pickup workers fault that he canceled my request himself.. . i have returned my parcel only once.. and i want my product safe and secure positively... i also want to talk to your executive.. you haven't provided any phone details on the website.. what the bad service... if you wont solve my problem you will simply loose you customer and loose your goodwill too.. i have mailed you many times but you didn't solve my problem.. email is working nothing good for me .. improve your email assessment and i want to you povide me your contact number righg a way i want to talk to you as i have not been accessed and you are not solving any of my problem inspite i have mailed many many times.. its very disappointing.. i will not pay for something which is not my mistake.. i want your contact number.. m i clear..
