Street Style Store — Fraud service and too slow response

I have purchased footwear from their site. As size was not appropriate i returned the order through courier to the address from where they have dispatched but that address was shut down when my courier man reached there and courier got returned to me. I mailed them 4-5 times to replace my order but they are not responding to me. So I need to take action against them.
