Order number is #1060431: I placed the order for steps on denim sneakers, size 35, on Nov.6 a prepaid order but haven't received the product yet. I sent an inquiry email at their mentioned helpdesk email id, yet no response. Kindly tell me when will i get my product. Order Reference QGBBZJEPK . order number is #1105435: I placed this order on Nov.27, it is also a prepaid order. Splash the time rain sneakers, size 35. but i want to change the delivery address for this product. I did raise a request for this but haven't received any reply. Please make the delivery address for this product same as for the order number #1060431. Also please let me know when will i receive the product. Order Reference UQSMZXRED. Your order 1060431 of product " Steps on denim sneakers - Shoe Size : 35 " details have been transferred to the warehouse department and they will dispatch your order on priority basis.Please have a little more patience and I rest assure you that you will receive your product soon. As far as, your order 1105435 of product " Special Offer: Splash the Time Rain sneakers - Shoe Size : 35 " is concerned, we had made the changes with the address and it will be deliver within the promised period of time at the address where the order 1060431 will be deliver. RSSSPP8492, this is tracking number mentioned in my order history, but the site for courier service, refuses to recognize this tracking number and asks to enter a valid tracking number.
Kindly update me, when will i get my product. It has been 45 days.
