Street style store promise you that they wil reply to your complaints within 24hours and i have not recevied any reply for my complaint Ticket Received - [#210676] HFQCNUFBC. Its been a month m complaining sending emails but i never got a satisfactory answer. I am failed to understand on what basis they are running there business when their customers are not satisfy with their products and services.. 10days back i got an email confirmation that my products are ready and they will be dispatched to me within 7 days. Now they are saying that they are in huge demand so it is taking time. Firstly, they delivered me a bag which was in pathetic state then they promised me to exchange the product with the product i choose and they will deliver the products to me on high priority. I have also paid the money to them. They not even answer to these complaints. Was this information helpful? | |||||
