[Resolved] Street Style Store — I didn't receive the replaced product | |||||
This is regarding my Order Reference RYGAGVJYC - placed on 10/22/2016. I have placed the replacement request for this product due to size issue. As per request, the product was picked up from my address on 22/10/16. But i still didn't get the new replaced product.I tried to track the item but the tracking number is invalid. Its almost 20 days now and I haven't received any information regarding this. Kindly look into the issue and reply back with some information. Your replacement order 1029148 of product " Marsala Bow loafer : 36 "is ready to get dispatch from our end and has been lined up for the courier company to take away for the delivery.This means that we will ship your order in next 3-4 business days. Once it gets ship out, the tracking id will be generated.
