[Resolved] Street Style Store — I'm complaining regarding the lack of response | |||||
I've placed an order for a shoe last month on nov. 3 and it was delivered recently but because the shoe was over sized i placed a request for an exchange of the size. The shoe was collected the next day, but i didn't receive any confirmation yet regarding the delievery of the product, not a single mail has been sent confirming for my order and its delivery dates despite paying the full amount. If this is the case, i would like to cancel my order and request for refunding the costs of the product in total. Was this information helpful? | |||||
