I am still waiting and my order has not been delivered yet. Also i checked on my account one of my order is not even displayed in my orders even though i have paid for and the payment has been accepted.

it is not displayed in my orders and i am not getting any updates for the same on my mail

my second order is also due for deliver, ordered in january, already added to priority dispatch a month ago and no sign o[censored]pdation any further. please look into the matter.

I ask that you please allow us 3-4 working days to deliver the products, as we consider it our privilege to have you as a customer.

Amount worth Rs 1298 has been refunded from our end however, the concerned bank may require some time for the entire process to be accomplished which varies from 3-4 working days depending on the card issuing bank.

Updated by Alisha Farooqui I just contacted ccavenue and they are saying you have cancelled the refund. What is going on?
