[Resolved] Street Style Store — items returned but amount not refunded | |||
Had ordered footwear vide order no 178315 but returned on 25th september. The amount is not yet refunded. Have raised ticket on the app - but no response. There is no number available to talk to company executive. Very poor services and seems like they do not want to return money. Verified Support Oct 26, 2017 Street Style Store Customer Care's response Hi Pushti, As per your query we do not have a refund policy. Hence your new replacement order has been generated out of which for one product has already been shipped from our end and will be delivered to you within next 3-4 days. For the remaining product please give us a confirmation if we can issue you a credit note of the same amount which you can utilise in your next purchase. For the other product please deliver the item as requested. If you are unable to deliver please give me the credit voucher.
It is unfortunate that we have to approach this forum to get a resolution of such a simple matter. Hope your senior management is made aware as it is impacting the brand image.
