[Resolved] Street Style Store — Misinformation regarding delivery of product, fraud | |||||
I placed a pre-paid order worth 699 rupees with the website on 8th November at 7:33 p.m. It is written on the website that it may take 3-21 days for dispatch. After 25 days when contacted, they gave me a tracking number which says my package has been delivered at the given address on 5th December. However, neither me nor anyone residing at the address has received the package. They are not even giving me the contact details of the delivery person, neither the details of who received the package. They have stopped responding now. The entire episode has resulted into a huge mental harassment for me till now. I just want my money back. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
