[Resolved] Street Style Store — Misrepresenation of product online | |||||
I had ordered a black sling bag on August 30th and received it within a week. However, the product was nothing like the pictures on the website. I wrote to the company expressing my concern but they declined any assistance stating that they do not have a return policy. I tried to reason with them that this is a case of misrepresentation and hence they should return the product, but to no avail. I even suggested an alternative wherein a friend of mine wanted to buy a pair of trousers from street style store and she could do it in exchange for the refund amount from my bag and pay the excess amount. It has been 2 months since i proposed this alternative but haven't heard from them at all. Ive sent follow up emails as well but haven't received a response. Was this information helpful? | |||||
