I ordered a footwear and a backpack on 3rd June 2015. I made the mistake of online payment. Later I was informed that the footwear is out of stock so I had to unwillingly change my order. Now I am left with a deliberate credit note (I am sure as hell I wont ever buy anything from that), no response, a couple o[censored]nresolved tickets and a lot of impatience. What I don't have is my money and the stuff I ordered. It has been almost a month now that I have not received a positive response. They just keep asking me to wait.
