[Resolved] Street Style Store — No response at all for return and exchange. | |||||
I placed an order in april 2016 and received a product which was not of the same color and was not of good quality and did not fit me at all. when i tried to exchange the product they just replied me with false hopes of exchanging it. Its been 6 months and there is no exchange and no creidt slip. P. s.- i ordered peach colored footwear and received a completely different ugly pink color. photos have been attached with the request. Even there is no option for cancellation of order when payement is done online. I by mistake ordered a wrong size and there is no option to change the size or cancel the order. As of now we only have the size change policy but in certain exceptional situation like your's we may issue the credit note which can be used to shop anything from our website up to the period of 1 year.
