[Resolved] Street Style Store — no return of the product | |||||
I had ordered boots from my account on 2nd december 2017. They sent me a confirmation mail for both the order and the shipping. But when i received the order, i got blue boots instead of brown ones on 9th december. Almost instantly i requested for a return and provision of delivery of the correct shoes i had ordered. They even sent a pick up on 11th december with a guy named gopal shah and now it has been 7 days since they had taken the return item and they say they haven't received it yet. How long do i have to wait for a correct order to be delivered at my doorstep? It has already been 16 days. I'm writing to them almost every alternate day and there seems to be no response or any kind of action form their side. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. I had placed my order almost 1.5 months back, and Still haven't received my Boots. It's a prepaid order and has been put priority dispatch since forever now. I keep receiving the same automated mail time and again. I want a refund of my order and don't need the boots anymore. My order ID is1879440
