I have ordered three pairs of shoes on 9th Apr 2016 and was expecting some tracking details from their end, but there is not response till date. I even emailed them saying its an urgent requirement and after that I got a ticket no.
I even tried calling them on the number mentioned in their contact details which is always busy.Ticket number is no where helpful to me.I don't know whats wrong with the company that it takes more than a month to deliver a product. If it is so they should stop shipping the goods and attract customers.
