[Resolved] Street Style Store — Non delivery of exchanged goods | |||
Hi, I ordered 3 shoes in Sep-15..delivery was made within a week..but as I opened the packing the shoes were of so poor quality and the material used was worst..i felt like i wasted my money..so i planned to return it and take my money back but as per their bakwass policy they cheat customers n dont give refund..so sadly i have to ask for exchange as there was no other option available and i can waste my hard earned money..I wrote them mails for 10-12 times with reminders but very thanda response from their side..finally after 2 months they gave me credit..n now i have ordered for exchange shoes but they have not delivered it till now..Now i am so fed up that i dont even feel like writing mails to them. Totally unsatisfied with SSS..worst in quality, worst in service, worst in punctuality n worst in customer satisfaction.. I will never recommend this to nyone.. Was this information helpful? | |||
