[Resolved] Street Style Store — non delivery of ordered items even after repeated complaints | |||||
I had ordered for 3 pairs of flat slippers on 21.10.2017 (Order no. 1846338 dated 21.10.2017) by making the payment before itself through credit card and only 1 pair has been delivered till now.in spite of repeated requests and complaint in their website, the balance items have not been delivered. They have mentioned as priority despatch 25 days back but have not despatched the items. I have even informed them that i would be approaching the consumer court but they don't seem to bother. I would like to receive the products but if they are unable to send the items, atleast let them refund the amount. This is a very shabby treatment which is being to the customer. I am unable to send any email since there is no email id given in their website. Very, very pathetic. Nobody should buy anything in their website. Was this information helpful? | |||||
