[Resolved] Street Style Store — non delivery of product after payment

I have ordered a combo of two shoes worth rs 999 from street style store on[protected] and paid through net banking mode. No any tracking number or any other information sent to me except invoice (See attachment). Initially expected delivery date was 2 sept but do not get the order delivered till now and can't even access the streetstylestore.com as it is showing "site is blocked due to security reasons". Even i sent an email to [protected]@streetstylestore.com and got a reply saying they stop taking queries on this site and provided me another link to contact but i was unable to contact. Street Style Store Customer Care's response Hi,

This product is taking too much time in manufacturing so I am sending you this mail to enquire, if we can cancel the order and initiate the refund for the same.

It will take "5-7" days for the refund to complete.

Hope this will be not our last conversation and you will order with us once again.And we assure you, we will go extra mile to give you best of services. Its just that we got unlucky this time.

If there is anything else we can do, let us know.

Please acknowledge this mail so that I can initiate the refund asap.
