Wrote mail to help desk : first mail - 13th june 2016, second mail - 25th june 2016, third mail - 27th june.
No point in writing to their help desk, same words. I think they just cut copy paste their format in mails. Responding mails doesn't solve anything. Giving false commitment to the customer and trying to exploit them.
I need to know when will i receive my product. No one is responding for what a customer ask or doesn't deliver products on time.
After seeing same words i felt there are just reply for the sake of reply and they are worst in customer service. Was this information helpful? |
