Street Style Store — Non-Dispatch of Order & No Response from Street Style Store

I placed an order with Street Style Store (Order No:[protected] on 14 November 2025.
It has been almost over 10 and the order status is still stuck on “Processing” with no dispatch.

I urgently need the item before 20 December as I will be travelling out of station, but the company has not shipped the product yet.

I attempted to contact the company through their website support email, but I have received no response. Their customer support email addresses are invalid and there is no active helpline for customers.

This delay and lack of communication is causing inconvenience and financial loss, and I request the Consumer Helpline to intervene and direct the company to either:
1. Immediately dispatch the order, OR
2. Issue a full refund if the product cannot be delivered on priority.

I am attaching screenshots of my order details and the pending status as proof.
