I have ordered 2 items and its been almost 2 month and till now its not yet delivered and i couldnt track with the tracking number which is been provided, its showing an error.So, i just want to cancel the product and want my money back as i have paid the amount of one item.So, kindly tell the procedure of refunding the amount.Its really a disgusting service.I cant belive it anymore.I'm regret that i have paid money.So, kindly tell the procedure of cancellation and refunding of the paid amount.My order no. are #900798, #879675. It seems that your online shopping site is not a genuine one.

As far as your order 900798 is concerned, we have cancelled the order on our behalf due to the production matter and as per the company Refund policy, we have issued you the credit note worth. RS. 899/- and plus complimentary credit note of RS. 100/- is also issued, which you can use in the future shopping with us.

And your order 879675 " Set:The Giving Decree (Caftan + lagging) " has been cancelled on 18/10/2016, due to the out of stock thing.
